With my partner, Patricia Erigero of Midnight Hour Graphics and Thoroughbred Gallery, and the help of other enthusiastic contributors from around the world, and our sponsor, the National Sporting Library, we have gathered information and images that make the early history of the Thoroughbred come to life.

I might be biased, but I think it's one of the most beautiful sites on the internet.
