1983-1989. Three Chimneys Farm, Midway, KY. 
Pedigree specialist for one of the most prestigious Thoroughbred farms in the world.  Suggested the matings that produced the Three Chimneys' homebred filly Gorgeous-G1, besides other Group/Graded stakes winners Crowned-G2, Infamous Deed-G3, Polski Boy-G3, and Marillette-G3.  (Marillette's full brother Storm Trooper won the 1998 Hollywood Turf H.-G1.  Crowned is the dam of the 1999 Peter Pan S.-G2 winner Best of Luck.)

1979-1983.  Various jobs working my way up through the Thoroughbred industry: 
office assistant, hot walker, sales groom, farm secretary, pedigree researcher.

1975-1979.  University of Massachusetts at Amherst. 
Graduated with honors as an Animal Science major, concentration in horse management and breeding.
Alpha Zeta honors fraternity. 

1975.  Shaler Area High School, Glenshaw, PA. 
Graduated with honors. 

ca. 1967-1975. Read every horse book in the local library.  Began letter-writing campaign to the major horse farms in North America asking for photos or information on the farms and stallions. 

1962.  Could not convince parents to exchange newborn baby sister for a baby horse.

Grew up in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
