Thoroughbred Heritage- a lavishly illustrated site for those interested in the history of the breed brought to you by my friend Pat Erigero and yours truly.
Thoroughbred Gallery- A clearinghouse of images of famous Thoroughbreds from all over the web.
Robert Clark - Artist/Author - One of the greatest equine artists on the planet, author/illustrator of "Dream Race: The Search for the Greatest Thoroughbred Racehorse of All Time."
Pedigree Query- a *free* on-line database of Thoroughbreds, providing 5-generation pedigrees and other features.
The Australian Stud Book- a (no longer free) on-line database of Thoroughbreds, providing 3-generation pedigrees and other features.
Action Racing Online- a South African site with a terrific database (look under "breeding").

Equine. Equine Info- a useful site
for all things horse-related, but the Racing and Bloodlines section is
particularly of interest here.
Rancho San Antonio- very
informative site with a great archive of pedigree articles and a slideshow
of photos of historic Thoroughbreds.
Andrea's Thoro
Page- a top site for pedigree research, not to mention beautiful artwork.
Susan Larkin's Books-
one of the best sources for Thoroughbred research material on the internet.

and Breeding- excellent resource especially for Australian breeding.

Cable's site chock full of "mare power" information.
